Loyalty card terms and conditions
Join the loyalty card scheme as a member
You can join the loyalty card programme by filling in the form on the following link: https://pub1.pskt.io/t/4ywuwt
You must agree to the processing of your personal data when you join. You can read the privacy policy at palacsintafalo.hu/gdpr.
Once you have successfully completed the form, we will send you an email in which you can add the virtual card you have created to your mobile wallet.
Access your Card
You can only access your loyalty card from your mobile wallet, where you can also check the number of points you have.
To earn points
- Per purchase: for each restaurant purchase (except when redeeming points), we will credit 10% of the total amount of your purchase in points. If you make a purchase for 5490 Ft, we will credit 549 points to your card.
- Other promotions: we may run promotions where you can earn more points on your purchase.
- Feedback: we would like to reward you if you give us valuable feedback by filling in a questionnaire or writing a positive review on other platforms (Google Maps, Tripadvisor). The extent of this will always be announced in the restaurant, however, this option is not always available.
Redeeming points
1 point is worth 1 Ft
Points can only be redeemed at the cash desk in the restaurant. Please be sure to indicate your intention to redeem before paying. Points cannot be collected when redeeming points!
To redeem points, your points must be equal to (or more than) the price of the product you wish to redeem (if you wish to redeem a product for 1390 HUF, your points must be at least 1390 points).
To cancel your membership
If you no longer wish to participate in the loyalty scheme, please send your request to [email protected]. Just write the following in the subject field: loyalty card cancellation
In this case, your loyalty card associated with the email address will be cancelled and if your data is no longer required by our other channels, it will be deleted.
