During our trip to Paris, we tried one of the simplest French crêpes: crêpe beurre-sucre-citron — a butter, sugar and lemon crêpe.
What makes it special is exactly its simplicity. We cook the crêpe with butter, spread it with butter while it’s still warm, squeeze fresh lemon juice over it, and finish it with sugar.
Simple, fragrant, light — and very easy to love.
